AC Repair in Southwest Florida

Air conditioners in Lee, Charlotte and Collier County work harder than almost anywhere in the country. Long cooling seasons, heavy humidity, salt air near the water and summer lightning all take a toll on capacitors, contactors, fan motors, coils and refrigerant lines.

Our technicians start every repair with a full diagnosis, not a guess. We check electrical components, refrigerant pressures, airflow, the condensate drain and the thermostat, then walk you through what we found and what it will cost before any work begins.

Most common repairs can be completed on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, we will tell you how long it will take and what we can do in the meantime to keep your home comfortable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How quickly can you come out for an AC repair?

We schedule repairs as quickly as possible and prioritize homes with no cooling, especially for elderly residents, infants or anyone with health concerns. Call us and we will give you the earliest available time.

Do you repair all brands?

Yes. We diagnose and repair all major makes and models of central air conditioners, heat pumps and air handlers.

Should I repair or replace my AC?

If the system is under about 10 years old and the problem is a single failed part, repair is usually the better value. If it is older, uses R-22 refrigerant or keeps breaking down, we will show you the numbers for both options so you can decide.

Why is water leaking from my air handler?

In Florida, the most common cause is a clogged condensate drain line. Algae and debris build up in the line until water backs up into the pan. We clear the line and can add a float switch to shut the system off before it overflows.
